Hair prob:-(?

help! Just applied casting on my grey hairs from roots- but the color didn't stayed for long. Anyone of you pls advise.Using volumize shampoo 2 increase hair thickness is of no use:-(.

Casting is semi-permanent hair color, meaning that it only lasts up to six weeks, fading gradually during that time. If you want color that lasts longer to cover gray hair, you need to go with a permanent hair color, preferrably one that is specifically formulated to cover gray hair. If you like Casting, try one of Loreal's permanant colors, such as Recital or Preference.

If you want to use a permanent haircolor but avoid harsh chemicals, give Clairol Hydrience a try. Another option is henna, if you want to go red or reddish. It's natural and permanent and covers gray fairly well, but I find that it makes my hair less soft than I'd like. Report It

I had the same problem with Elvive. Try John Frieda shampoo made for the color of your hair (whether it's your natural color or not). I'm using the Brilliante Brunette line and it is great! The "shine shock" gel is the best thing I've ever used on my hair. Report It
