I started getting some at the end of last year and I was pulling them....as I started getting more now I have added hilights to my hair to help them blend.

My Mom does and it seems to help. It won't hurt. However, you can't do this forever. Eventually, you'll have to let mother nature take its course or dye it! I have one comment though. If you do decide to dye and you have dark hair, don't dye it black . I hate it when women do that, they look like Elvira. Instead, use light brown dye.

I do it when I see grey hairs, but you're not supposed to pull all your grey hairs at once, because since grey hairs are more wiry than regular hairs, you'll get the porcupine effect (a bunch of equal-length greys sticking out of your head).

Pull if you want. It won't do any harm. But.... you are going to continue to get more gray as time goes by. If you don't want your gray strands to show, high light your hair or color it your natural color.

Leave it be , unless you like the bald look. See a doctor, at times certain mineral deficiencies cause hair to turn grey. It might even be in your genes / maybe it's just age catching up.

dear plz do not do it as it will increase the no. because it is said that the liquid element which comes out of Gray hair will make others Gray also. try henna which will be soaked in tea water for a night in iron container. u can use it in morning after mixing of egg if needed and leave for 2 hr then wash it. it will really work.
