Hi...I got my hair burned at a hair saloon using a curling iron...and that burnt my hair. So to solve the problem i cut my hair...but I still have the top really frizzy and damaged....Moreover, I dye every month (grey hair).
So what can I do to keep it healthy?
what kind of dye would be safe for me...what should be the percentages of amonia and other chemicals?

First off, You should only color your hair every six to eight weeks. More than that and you will overprocess the hair, ie damage it.
Second, your stylist should watch very carefully how he/she is applying the color. Do you use the same person all the time? You should, or at least go to the same salon, and use someone who is specially trained in color.
Lastly, the only cure for overprocessed hair is to cut it off. Hair is dead and cannot be repaired, no matter what the commercials say.

You should check with your doctor on that.

Go to a reputable salon and ask someone what they'd recommend. Or go to a beauty supply store. Someone there could recommend a product too. I just switched to ION and it's wonderful.
You might want to do hot oil treatments yourself. They help frizzy %26amp; damaged hair. Oglivie or VO5.
I used to color my hair every 4 weeks, but with ION I only get it done every 5 months.
Good luck.

I think that L'oreal Paris just came out with all natural hair colour. It has no ammonia. You could probably find it at Kmart or Walmart

I have my hair professionally colored every couple months and my stylist says I should always use a leave in conditioner
