Will a semi permanent hair colour cover grey hair?

Yes but not well, The area that is grey will come out lighter then the darker part of your hair. Try using a touch up hair colour on the grey first and then 2 weeks later use an all over one.

Semi permenant hair colour is not designed to give you 100% grey coverage. However; it should give you about 75% to 80% coverage and can look more natural, especially when it starts to grow out. This is important because then you won't have a harsh line of demarcation. I would advise you to go to a salon and talk to a stylist and see what you two decide on during your consultation.

Yes you can also try this. To check graying of hair, mix lemon juice in olive oil, beat till frothy and apply on scalp and wash off after an hour. Premature graying of hair can be postponed by using a strong decotion of black tea and a tablespoon of salt, strain and apply to the roots for 45 minutes and wash with water. Don't shampoo.
