I am 46, not bald, but prematurely grey with short, neatly trimmed beard.

Should I consider dying it blonde? (I have a very fair complexion and blue eyes.)

(im 16) but my dad is in his late 30's and has gray hair and blue eyes and not really a beard, just a small amount of stubble but for the most part cleanly shaved, and not to gross or anything but he can pull off the grey :)

Hey...we are all gonna get there....showing the signs of aging. But I think a truly mature man will embrace that, and once he does..he will exude the sex appeal I am sure you think you've lost already.

Salt and pepper can make a guy look very distinguished...well off, confident etc., etc. My husband has been gray (salt/pepper) since he was 35...very sophisticated and particularly handsome especially in a suit or his golf wear ;)

However, go for the look you want to...remember tho that the gray will be more resistant to dye so be certain to have it professionally done for best results.
