What does this mean? I thought you started to go grey when your quite old? Does this mean I'm stressed or something? I can't stop thinking about it.

This could mean that you are really stressed out. It could also be genetic. If the problem gets out of hand you can easily dye your hair! By the way don't let it get to you. I'm sure that it seems like a big problem now, but there are many solutions! Don't worry! (It is very possible that you won't get anymore grey hairs until you are very old.) I had the same problem. When I was about 20 I found my first grey hair. I freaked out but I haven't gotten one since!!

No the sun probably just dyed a brown hair a different color. I really do not think that it would be because you were stressed out. I think that it is probably the sun though. Unless you are somewhere that it is not sunny then I really don't know. It could be a faded blond hair. I highly doubt that it is a Grey though. Good luck with that!

Most likely it's genetics so if your parents )one or both) went gray prematurely, chances are you will too. I found my first one when I was 23- way too early I think, but my mom was getting gray hair early too. You can always color your hair though. And try to resist pulling it out- more will grow out at the same spot.

Have you done any family history with this, may just turn gray at an early age. See a doctor, if nothing is wrong, just dye your hair, it all good. Don't pull out for every one pulled two will grow.

you're not getting old, it could be stress, I dunno.... maybe it's just chemicals you use on your hair... or going to sleep with your hair still really wet or tieing it back when it's wet.... i don't know, but don't stress over it. you can always dye it or color it... but if you're really concerned, ask a professional at the salon u usually go to... or your doctor even.

Do you have dark hair?...in any event it is perfectly normal...i am 14 and i got my 1st grey at 12......they are not noticable and they wont multiply quickly. I have very dark hair and i asked my hair dresser about it and she said that it is very common in poeple with dark hair.

its probably a pigmentless hair that looks grey. I get one every once in a while. I wouldnt worry about just one if you get more freak out. some causes for you:

its just stress i had a friend that was 12 and started getting them too she just had so much to do but now that shes mor relaxed they are gone
